The engineers here at Plazmaman Australia headquarters had only one thing in mind when they designed the Nissan RB25 Inlet manifold – to release a premium quality item that ticks all the boxes. Plazmaman inlet manifolds utilize some of the most advanced manufacturing techniques. Multi axis HAAS CNC machines ensure that all the one piece billet bases have tolerances to within .005. The inlet manifold dome utilizes a hard temper 3mm sheet alloy surface that has been made to shape in house with advanced forming techniques.
Our RB25 manifold is designed as a standalone manifold, so the factory Over the rocker cover Inlet is totally removed, and this manifold is bolted directly to the cylinder head using a single throttle body operation to maximize airflow. The manifold can be designed to suit a number of our universal throttle bodies, including Bosch DBW options which can be selected whilst ordering, or you can select None if you have your own throttle body. This ensures the manifold is designed exactly how you require.
An added feature of these manifolds is that they can be ordered and manufactured specifically to suit 6, or 12 injector operation. For both options, we include one of our CNC machined fuel rails, in either single feed, or dual feed. Both of these fuel rail styles accept 14mm top feed injectors. The fuel rail comes with all mounting hardware, including stainless steel fasteners and CNC spacers/brackets.. Our billet manifolds are offered with, or without a provision for the factory IAC (idle air controller) to be used remotely.
This Plazmaman Inlet now also comes with a special designed under inlet WATER RAIL. This ensures that the water flows through the head back to the radiator exactly the same way Nissan Intended it to. This is the only aftermarket inlet manifold on the market that has this feature and we guarantee zero air locks if plumbed exactly as Plazmaman advises.
All Plazmaman inlet manifolds and products are precision tig welded by experts in house at our Sydney Facility. Through our ability of manufacturing in house we are able to guarantee these inlets with a life time workmanship warranty. These are rated to 100psi at any RPM level you choose. These manifolds can be supplied in 3 finishes, Raw, Polished, or powercoated Black, for the stealth look.

This manifold is an aftermarket performance product & while it will bolt directly to the factory manifold mounting studs, it will require supporting modifications to install. Some examples of these modifications (but not exclusive to, as every application can be different) are moving, blocking, or re-routing some of the factory coolant hoses & vacuum lines. Relocation of the battery. Throttle cable made to suit your application. Using top feed 14mm o-ring sealed full length injectors. Other lines or fittings may also need to be modified or relocated. This product should be installed by an experienced & fully qualified mechanic.
